!ANYA!

Thank God, because it is going to be the last journal that I was required to write. Ngl, my life is as boring as a  history textbook (no offense to history-majors, you guys rock!), it won’t even have a single reader if those are not forced/ required to buy one for lessons. Whereas I am a mf history textbook, haha. I don’t even have a thing to talk about in my life, if it wasn’t required, I won’t even grab my phone and record a single random moment, since I am a real bowl of emptiness. I mean, if life is a form that I need to fill in, I would write a “N/A '' in the blank of purpose.(HA, pathetic!)

Even though I am Summer-child, yes, I was born in summer; there is nothing that impresses me of summer. Summer has been overrated, people connect Summer with youth, sneaking-out-dates, watermelon, etc.…For people who think Summer is the best season for romance or whatever, please go outside at noon and stand under the sun for 5 minutes, lol, the heat is really something. Your sweet fantasy for summer will soon be erased.

Anyway, since it is a requirement, I am gonna pretend that I have something to share. So, I am recently obsessed with an anime called Spy X Family, which is now streaming on Netflix.

Spy × Family is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tatsuya Endo. The story follows a spy, whose name is Twilight, has to "build a family" to execute a mission, not realizing that the girl he adopts as his daughter is a telepath, and the woman he agrees to be in a marriage with is a skilled assassin.(Thanks, Wiki-san.)

I was watching under no recommendations, it is rare as I am the kind of person who is lazy to search for a piece that I might be interested to watch; I usually just ask my friends for Netflix recommendations. However, this anime popped-up from nowhere and appeared on my first page of Netflix, so I was thinking “wu— it must be destiny”, and now I am without a way to stop watching it, and to wait for the next episode.

In the beginning, when I just took a look at the characters, I saw a little girl with pink hair. Just for a second, I considered stopping watching it, because I dislike little human beings (children, but I don't want to be that direct, lol). I have no interest in little cute characters with cute voices saying  “Onii-chan” and asking for help for everything. But this girl really changed my view of smol-human-being characters.

This girl’s name is Anya. She is very impressionable towards the people around her. For instance, reading Loid(Twilight, the spy, her step-father)'s mind and acting in ways he found very odd and learning how to punch from Yor(The assassin, her step-mother). Anya was longing for love from family, as she was an orphan who was abandoned when she was really young. Being adopted by Loid, she was truly, genuinely thankful, and tried her best to be a good daughter.

Watching her makes me feel a lot better for my dull life, as I saw purpose in her. Even this little human being was trying her best to save the world, for the better good, then why am I a grown-up here murmuring for no reason? (But I am not going to stop doing that.)

Anyway! Thank you very much for reading my stuffs, even though I was not doing all this on purpose, I did like writing for you guys, haha.
